Well the fact that they were allowed to issue a restraining order against you must have meant in some way he had enough proof to appeal to a judge and make the judge think he was worthy to be protected by a restraining order. best thing you can do is inquire about it with a lawyer or the judge who issued it. if you think it’s unfair you can bring proof and build a case against the person who has the order. get as much evidence as you can, emails, phone msgs, witnesses, pictures video or anything else that PROVES he/she was harassing you as well. you have to handle everything legaly in court and it would be best if you lawyer-ed up.
did ur future babys father recently do this to u? i say get a lawyer because he is trying to make u look bad for when baby comes along and u guys go to court to get custody of child. get a lawyer if u believe he is doing it to win custody of ur child to make u look bad in court. plz let me know if what im saying is making any sense?
