WHAT ARE THE LAWS FOR CROSSING STATE LINES WITH CATS IN SOUTHWEST?

am roving with 3 cats in May 2011 by Arizona, New Mexico, California, as well as Oregon. What have been the laws for channel state lines upon the widespread in these states? California seems to have altered to not requiring rabies writings for cats. Arizona did not appear to have any requirements. can’t find anything upon New Mexico or Oregon. Thanks!

There are no “laws” concerning traveling with domestic animals but, it is a good idea to travel with a readout from your vet showing that your animals are current on all vaccinations. My husband and I have traveled with both dogs and cats all over the US in a motor home and always carried this info in case one of our pets got sick.
