ARE BARTENDERS IN THE US STRICT ON THE DRINKING LAWS THERE OR NOT?

I’m nineteen as well as am of authorised age here in Australia to buy as well as splash alcohol, though me as well as the couple of friends have been formulation the highway outing around most states in US. Are bartenders unequivocally despotic upon the laws or not?

Yes, because both they and the bar will be in HUGE trouble if they get caught selling to a minor. You could lose your liquor license, which means you’re out of business.

some are and some aren’t… bars in major cities will be much more strict than others

You will find most establishments will be strict.

A bartender can be prosecuted and lose his liquor license when giving alcohol to a person below drinking age.

So yes they will be strict since there is nothing to gain and everything to lose.

It is the bar owner who is strict. They are the ones who have to pay the fine and maybe even lose their license. So the bar bouncer may not even let you in.

Depends where you do your drinking.

See the bar needs to be desperate enough for your money to risk their license and the fines.

Which is a pretty poor risk, considering that an 19 year old isn’t an attractive drinker or drunk.
So unless you intend to only drink in the worst of places, don’t expect people to serve you or even sell you booze most of the time.

Wait till you’re 21. Then you can taste the great American craftbrews, rather than going home and complaining how American beer sucks because the only bar you could get into had dirty taps and piss beer.
