WHAT GUN CONTROL LAWS WOULD YOU RESCIND?

There is as well most supervision impasse as well as division in the 2nd legislative addition rights now.

Will we shorten the BATFE as well as if so, how?

Will we pointer the inhabitant respect law permitting protected lift in all states?

What gun carry out laws will we rescind?

The one gun law I don’t like is the one about not being able to have automatic weapons in CA.

ALL OF THEM.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

shall not be infringed
shall not be infringed
shall NOT be infringed
shall NOT be infringed
shall not be infringed
shall not be infringed
shall NOT be infringed
shall NOT be infringed

If someone builds a house wrong do you blame the hammer? Do you restrict that person from ever owning a hammer again?

NO, you punish the person not ALL other builders.

How about repealing all gun control that doesn’t deal with criminals? In other words, if you’re not a convicted criminal, you should be able to carry any gun you want to anyplace at any time, knowing that the criminals are going to ignore this law anyway.

Why should only law-abiding citizens be put at risk by the laws? Let the criminals have to wonder if that nice old lady with her Christmas money in her purse is actually packing heat.

1. Make the BATF a tax collecting unit only, like it was previously.
2. The “National Reciprocity Act” is a Trojan Horse, and already is being used to carry new gun control laws, so I do not support it. It will also restrict states like Arizona, Vermont and Alaska which don’t require a permit to carry concealed.
3. NFA, All laws requiring a permit to carry,

BATF needs to have their funding cut dramatically. They seem to regularly be overstepping their bounds and attempting to manufacture more problems than there are.

I would support the national reciprocity law. One poster claims it’s a setup and I ask for some proof of that. I’ve read the bill repeatedly and the original senate bill authored by John Thune. John is an acquaintance of mine I can assure you that you is not a gun grabber or interested in any more gun control laws. Those people who insist that a law that does no more than insist that all states recognize other states permit don’t have a leg to stand on. There is no provision in the bill for a federal anything. No funding, not federal documentation, nothing.

As to what gun control laws to rescind, well the states are too big a patchwork to go through one at a time so I’ll stick with the federal laws. I’d rescind the “sporting purpose” requirements for imported firearms since the 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with sports. And I’d rescind the law making sales of any fully automation produced after 1986 to civilians illegal. Notice I didn’t say I’d make full auto legal as they already are. Yes it requires some hoops to jump through but I’m ok with that for full auto. However they are outrageously expensive due the fact that they are all 25 years old or older and no more are being made that civilians can buy.
