WHAT ARE THE LAWS REGARDING OVERTIME PAY?

Ive attempted celebration of the mass the laws though their have been so most exceptions i dont assimilate it.
I work for the tiny family owned sell commercial operation in Michigan. I work tons of overtime though he doesnt compensate time as well as the half for over 40 hours. Ive been operative 50-55 hours the week. Is this sold commercial operation underneath michigan law for overtime pay?

If you’re hourly then you are a non-exempt employee and are entitled to OT at 1.5X your hourly rate. Take a look at this:
http://www.mich.gov/documents/cis/MWPosting.Optional_9_25_06_single_page_173925_7.pdf

your employer may even have a poster like this tacked to a wall somewhere that you can point to and ask for what you’re owed.
