ARE THERE ANY LAWS FOR RANDOMLY DRUG TESTING PEOPLE CONVICTED OF USING HARD DRUGS?

Example: Let’s contend the male was held with cocaine. Is there any laws which have him have to take drug tests? Random or not? Are there any laws which describe to drug contrast for people which have been caught? Anything helps, appreciate we :)
Can we blow up upon the trial thought please?

Perfectly legal and happens all the time.

It’s called:

Being on probation or parole.

Too many around, it is prevalent among all parolee policies, county, state and federal laws. Staying clear of drug should be the rule of the game to avoid being re-send to jail

Not exactly.

If a person is convicted of a crime, and they are sentenced to probation or get parole from prison, the terms of that agreement can include drug testing.

But if a person (for whatever reason) refused to agree to be drug tested, then they could just go to prison, serve the full sentence, and get out. Once your sentence is up, you cannot be drug tested just because of your criminal past.

Typically a person convicted of a drug crime will have a jail sentence, followed by some extended period of parole/probation. During that period, they are subject to drug testing.

An individual convicted of drug abuse and on probation agrees when entering on probation to submit to a drug test upon request. They do not have to agree to this and can continue in prison rather than being released and submitting to supervision.
