There are NO such laws.
Any such trouble at the store would be due to an intra-industry agreement.
Same for movies by the way to here is no law forcing theaters to enforce ratings.
Any effort to actually pass such laws runs into first amendment and restraint on interstate trade issues, and that is while people bluster about them in legislature, none are ever passed.
