WHAT ARE THE LAWS IN PA REGARDING A TEENAGERS CHOICE TO SEE THEIR NONCUSTODIAL PARENT?

I am carrying the stream Texas sequence eliminated to Pennsylvania where my young kids live now, they no longer wish to see their bieing born father who resides in Georgia. My daughter is 17, my son is roughly 13, I am only perplexing to get an thought of what the laws have been per visitation as well as if the child’s wishes have been taken in to care where visitation is concerned.

There is no official law recognizing the child’s wishes, but the child can speak to the judge responsible for the custody agreement, and judges will usually take the child’s wishes into account once the child reaches a certain age (often 14).
