What have been the laws upon exchanging bare cinema in between minors as well as adults? It’s illegal, they would be charged for soliciting a minor and child pornography. You would be charged with child pornography too if you actually sent them. They know what they’re doing, this is exactly what child predators do all day.

Child porn is illegal no matter who has it. Technically nude is not the same as porn, so sending “nude pictures” it’s not exactly illegal as such, but most nude pictures are either porn, or too close for comfort, so in practice it’s either illegal, or dangerously close.
