I can’t really answer your question fully because there are a lot of tobacco related laws and pending bills. You can probably weed out the ones that you want better than I can. I found several bills by searching FindLaw.com, California Codes and Statutes and Finally clicking bill information. For simplicity, here’s the link http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/bilinfo.html . You can find current statutes by searching the California Code, also on FindLaw.com. Just search for the word “tobacco”.
