One example is the year when the Guardian Angels were formed because law enforcement was not doing a very good job. Others are for instance in my area where I live two men were shot and killed for breaking and entering a man`s vehicle. No charges were ever filed in this case, but more and more people are turning into vigilantes because of this failure. In my area sex offenders and drug dealers are most likely to be shot, clubbed, stabbed or beaten to death. You would be surprised how many times this has happened.
There are plenty of cases of good old boys at the local government level not enforcing the laws even when they know that someone’s health and safely are at risk , or of their selectively enforcing the laws in or der to provide the greatest financial advantage to themselves and their friends. Ask around in your city or town.
