WHAT ARE THE LAWS REGARDING PEDESTRIA CROSSWALKS? WHERE CAN I FIND THOSE LAWS ON THE INTERNET?

I am fed-up with carrying to burst out of the approach of speeding cars pushing threw crosswalks filled with people. I have been clipped once as well as knocked to the belligerent whilst the so called trade carry out chairman watched as well as did nothing. Are the laws the same for crosswalks upon open skill such as Malls?
My subject referes to the Philippines only. Sorry, I unsuccessful to discuss which in the beginning.

Malls are not public property, the police are allowed to enforce traffic violations on them as they have public access to the street and are intended for use as such.

It really depends on where you live. Where I live you are legally required to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk no matter what, even if you have a green light.

Traffic laws vary by state. In my state, cars must (and do) yield to pedestrians in a cross walk. In the next state over, the law is the same but the custom is different. No state has traffic laws that apply completely to private property such as a mall. A mall is NOT public property. It is private and people can be ejected for no reason at all, just as you can eject people from your home.
