They mostly all do, although the age differs.
All of them have laws like that but the age differs in each one.
every state does just look up a list of consent ages and it will list for every area in the world.
even if you or anyone did it how would a police officer know? is someone gonna call the cops and say it looked like some teens were having sex they need to be arrested? ..thats so strange
