The only loophole is subjectivity. Luckily for us, we have a set system in our society that overrides the subjective morality of individuals.
Of course, there are other loopholes, but they have more to do with the justice system itself, and not the concept of justice.
loopholes in ‘Gods’ laws? have you ever read the whole bible before? there’s loopholes and contradictions EVERYWHERE.
I’d perhaps argue that more often society fails the people than do the people fail society.

Soon criminals will be treated instead of punished. At about the same time, we will evolve past tribal notions of guilt and punishment.
Those who have broken the law should be punished. If no one were punished then we would be living in anarchy where only the strongest and most intelligent survive.
The Bible states we should obey the laws of the government.

One example of true justice is this. Many years ago, my daughter and I were kidnapped Many terrible things one man did to both of us including stealing my car.He never was caught by man. G-d saw that he was in a car accident and his head was torn off. In other words he was decapitated. My daughter sent me his death notice for a Mother’s Day present one year and she is now a police officer.
