I consider I only found the opening which contingency have slipped everyone’s mind. When the constitution was written, they pronounced it would have to request to everybody. But suspect Jesus comes back, will the inherent laws request to him?
Say he wants to begin recovering people, will he be authorised to open the hospital but any healing training? And if he kills someone he thinks is evil, will he be attempted as well as go to jail? 2000 years ago they had no difficulty capturing as well as crucifying him, you should have no complaint with all the technology.

Jesus would not open a clinic! He would just walk around healing people.
He wouldn’t have to kill an evil person- he would change the evil person to be a good person.

None of what you say pertains to the Second Coming. Read the book When Christ returns he will be the law. The Bible says he will “Rule with an rod of iron”

Jesus would not break the laws, He wouldn’t even need to know what they were. His innate goodness and common sense would keep him within the law.
We should all worry more about breaking jesus;s laws, they are Gods laws that Jesus abides by.
If our constitution apply to all that come here then they would apply to Jesus.
Only the Lord knows what will happen to Jesus.
