WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMMONWEALTH LAWS AND STATE LAWS?

Is there the disproportion in the approach the chairman is punished in the country state vs the unchanging state. Do the country have the incomparable capability to shift laws during will? Some report please.

There are no differences except semantic ones. There are four commonwealths and the fact that criminal law varies from place to place does not correllate with whether it is a state or a commonwealth.

In theory, there MAY be a difference between a ’state’ and a ‘commonwealth’. In practice, they are different names for the same thing. Whatever differences existed when they entered the union, they have been removed since that time.
