The law must walk a fine line between what is legally considered obscene and how free speech is defined. Public policy is a powerful influence. Unfortunately, it is the cultural norm for children to be exposed to scantily dressed women and violent images.

The only real legal restrictions easily imposed without a landslide of lawsuits is parental warnings. These labels are found on everything that could be forseeably put in front of a child. The responsibility is ultimately placed on the parents.
